Robotics is highly addictive and will result in your child developing a voracious appetite for science and maths.

Your child's behaviour may change completely and they may become confident and show signs of obsession with building small clever gadgets.

You may catch them reading robotics magazines and offering to wash your car so they can get some money to go buy more parts with obscure names like a "gyro" sensor.

Another sure sign your child is hanging out with other clever kids with a similar addiction is they may start talking in code and you may hear them saying words like "java" and "multithreading" and "inputs" and "RS485" and "bluetooth".

You may even see a dramatic change in your child's grades, especially in maths and science where they will start to excel where their results may have been average or mediocre before.

There is no known cure for an addiction toRoBOTs!
