2.新增第11頁-第13點，任何含糊不清(爭議)的事件，由裁判做最終裁決，並根據當時的狀況與背景，決定將偏向消極（即最壞的結果）。(對於爭議事件定義的更具體(!或?)，是否對於參賽者有利或不利，提出爭議時要慎重)

3.新增第14頁-Q&A
問： [新]黑線是印刷或膠帶？
答：所有黑線都是印刷。

問： [新]對於最後一個的[空心立方體]，如果它被套入到正確的顏色柱子時，機器人並沒有釋放[空心立方體](仍然攜帶著)，是否得分呢？
答：可以得分50分，所有的空心立方體必須完全套入到正確的顏色柱子並接觸場地，而機器人無論是否完全釋放[空心立方體]。若否，只會得分20分（認定為放入正確的圓圈內）。在事件產生爭議，請注意，裁判將判決偏向負面（即最壞的結果），根據當時的情況。
問：從機器人分離的零件(掉落)如何認定？
答：從機器人分離的零件將不再被認為是機器人的一部分。

問：[新]能舉一個例子來說明什麼是“最壞的結果”的意思? (更新規則第11頁-第13點)
答：當然。一個例子是一個[空心立方體]是否算進入圓圈內。裁判仍然不能同意[空心立方體]是否算進入圓圈內（當[空心立方體]的邊緣是非常接近圓圈的外邊界），該隊不會得到20分。

13. [NEW] In the event of any ambiguity, note that the judge will pass the final verdict and will decide in the negative (i.e. the worst outcome available) according to the context of the situation.

Q. [NEW] Are the black lines printed or taped on?
A. All black lines are printed.
Q. [NEW] For the last hollow cube, will I still score points if it was placed onto the right coloured pole with the robot still carrying it?
A. In order to score the full 50 points, all hollow cubes must be placed completely onto the right coloured pole and touching the mat fully at the end of your attempt, regardless if the robot is still carrying them or not. Otherwise, you will only score 20 points (counted as placed inside the pole circle). In the event where ambiguity arises, note that the judge will decide in the negative (i.e. the worst outcome available) according to the context of the situation.
Q. [NEW] How do you treat parts that are detached from the robot?
A. Parts that are detached from the robot will no longer be considered to be a part of the robot.
Q. [NEW] Can you give an example to illustrate what "the worst outcome available" means in Rules & Regulations point number 13?
A. Sure. An example would be whether a hollow cube has been placed "inside" the pole circle. If after a fair assessment of the situation, participants and judge(s) still cannot agree whether a hollow cube has been placed "inside" the pole circle (perhaps the edge of the hollow cube is extremely close to the outside border of the pole circle), the judge(s) will rule that the hollow cube has not been placed "inside" the pole circle and the team will not get the 20 points.
